Boom!

It had been a stressful week. Potential threats from some pretty skanky characters. But, my wife was off (work) and we were parked in front of the TV eating dinner. It was cold outside and I had started a fire in the wood stove. All of a sudden,

Boom!

I’ve been around and used a lot of firearms in my life and what I heard was a .45 caliber pistol discharge! Angie hit the floor and I was up out of my recliner running to the bedroom turning off lights. I grabbed 2 weapons, a high intensity flashlight and headed for the porch.

We live in the country. Over the years, we’ve had occasions that a careless hunter would fire at a deer or something and not realize the trajectory of the bullet was in line with our house. But, it wasn’t hunting season and was after dark. So not a hunter’s stray bullet.

It, then, dawned on me that I hadn’t heard glass break. So, likely not someone shooting at us through a window.

The sound was as loud as if it was fired in our living room. But there was nobody, except me and the wife, present.

You see, when I start a fire, I put down tender. Usually crumpled up paper. Then I put in some cardboard on top of that. Like a pre-kindling. On top of that goes the thin dry sticks of wood, kindling, and last goes a few medium sized logs. Then I light the tender which lights the kindling which lights the logs.

Everyone feeling kinda Boy Scout / Girls Scout ish? Let me bust that bubble.

What you don’t do is set the butane BIC lighter on top of the stove, get distracted and forget it!

See, the plastic lighter never melted. The butane just heated up to it’s autoignition point of 761’ F. And well, kaboom. We confirmed this by sweeping up little bits of the lighter parts, finished dinner and watched a movie.

Neutering our Children

G.O.A.T.

I practiced as a Pediatric Emergency Physician for 37 years. Seeded deeply in my brain was the penultimate goal to ensure that all of my patients were safe. Safe from physical, emotional and sexual abuse. State laws vary, to some degree, but they all have strict laws on child safety. Teachers, law enforcement, nurses and doctors are required, by law, to report suspected mistreatment of children. Failure to do so could lead to criminal prosecution, loss of licenses, public humiliation and other degrading actions.

For example, it is illegal for a minor child to consent to sexual activity. A child is considered to be a minor at 16-18 years of age, depending on the state. Federal laws prevent taking a child across state lines with the intent to lower the age of consent from 18 to 16 years. Minors are not considered to have the knowledge, experience or emotional capacity to give consent to such serious experiences as sexual conduct.

But many “woke” people are now advocating transsexualism in our children. By this, they mean permanently altering the child’s body to attempt to change their gender. Permanently taking away a girls ability to have children and a boy’s ability to father children. Forever.

Anyone with even a remote exposure to children know that they are fickle. They jump on the wagon of fad and change their minds often. And, as is being revealed today by adults who underwent sex change surgery as a child and now regret that decision.

We, as a society, allow this same level of harm to be forced on to animals (dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs, etc.) under the guise of controlling that animals population and food production. Is that what we are doing with our children?

Once one reaches the age of 18, do what you want and take responsibility for those actions. It is impossible for an adult parent/guardian to take responsibility for harm done to a child. The harming adult may be made to pay for the harm done but the child has to live with that harm for the rest of their life.

Bottom line? All these people wanting to neuter our children should be jailed for child sex abuse.

Sfar as I know…

G.O.A.T.

Sfar as I know…

Shooting another person other than in self defense is against the law.

Carrying a firearm onto school property is against the law.

Entering school property without a lawful purpose is against the law.

Explicitly and publicly stating that one is going to shoot and kill others (a threat) is against the law.

Driving a vehicle into a public right of way in a manner to cause an accident is against the law.

Shooting a relative (or any other person) with a firearm is against the law.

Being a psychopath with an intent to harm others is not against the law, but the law has an absolute obligation to protect everyone else from harm by said psychopath.

But hey, maybe another law would get a future psychopath’s attention and prevent this type of activity.1

Unless you are a stupid idiot, you know that a 9 mm round is not a high power round! There are many other rounds of much higher power, both in pistol and rifle platforms. The 9 mm round, in pistol format, is probably the most common caliber it the world. Almost every military and police unit in the world uses the 9 mm pistol. A Joe-Biden-Ban of the 9 mm round would emasculate (and yes, the femme fatales too) our entire USA police force. Sure, there are some 45s and 40s out there, but they are a distinct minority.

Let’s see, driving a vehicle over a pedestrian and her baby in a stroller? Maybe worth a few months in a juvenile summer camp.2

Being a bigot and shooting up a store full of people of color, a synagogue of Jews or a church of Christians? What’s that worth?

Rioting, pillaging, overt theft in times of civil unrest?

What do we outlaw in the above 3 situations? Cars, religion, race, civility?

How about if law enforcement does it’s job?3,4 Several LEOs were on scene within 3 minutes but the shooter was not neutralized for 70 minutes!

If you still think outlawing guns is the answer, you are a fucking5 idiot.

Fauchi-itis 4, Wrong Question

G.O.A.T.

You’re asking the wrong questions!

Answers to who, what, where, why, when and how presented in the form of questions, form the foundation of journalism. Significantly lacking in “this day and age.” Let’s see how this applies to Fauchi.

A publication subtitled ‘A paper titled The Unnatural [SIC] Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons suggested that World War Three would be fought with biological weapons… Chinese scientists described SARS coronaviruses, of which COVID-19 is one example, as presenting a new era of genetic [bio]weapons.’1 So we have evidence that the Chinese entertain the concept of biological weapons.

Dr. Francis Boyle, professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, describes how Chinese biowarfare agents stole a sample of coronavirus from a Canadian P-4 (an evaluation of biosafety) level lab and brought it to Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). Since the publication of that paper, the majority of the world has come to consider the COID-19 leak to have originated from the WIV lab, either intentionally or accidentally. China continues to disallow investigations.2 Now, China has it’s very own ball to play with. And play with they did, at the WIV Bio-Safety level 4 (BSL-4 equivalent to P-4) lab with funds from the USA’s National Institute of Health.2 That would be your and my tax dollars at work under the direction of Fauchi and Collins.

But wait a minute, have you heard of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989? I have. You should go read it, really. It specifically states that federal law will “impose criminal penalties upon anyone who knowingly develops, produces, stockpiles, transfers, acquires, retains, or possesses any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for use as a weapon or assists a foreign state or any organization to do so. It also provides for extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense committed by or against a U.S. national.” It was passed, amended, by the 101st Congress of the USA on 11/21/1989. 3 So, under US federal law, Fauchi and Collins should be in jail awaiting trial.

But, let’s not stop there. International laws exist to dissuade and/or punish those that commit crimes against humanity. Remember the Nazis attempts to exterminate the Jews in WWII and the Nuremberg trials? Several international charters, statutes, and tribunals prohibit crimes against large groups of people such as murder, extermination and other inhumane acts.4 Wow, Fauchi and Collins just achieved international status, as criminals. I wonder where that goes in the resume of Dr.Science?

“A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”5

What is gain of function (GOF)? In this case, it was to increase the infectivity in humans of a naturally occurring virus that could cause devastating respiratory illness in humans. Why? There is only one answer, to make it more disastrous to mankind. That is weaponizing a biological agent with malicious intent. Period! In 2015, “Subbarao explained that routine virological methods involve experiments that aim to produce a gain of a desired function…”6 It was pointed out at this symposium that GOF occurs in the lab and in the wild. In the lab, it may occur intentionally or unintentionally. For vaccine and treatment research, the virus is expected to produce human-like illness in a lab animal. If that research design is then made to be more infectious to humans, one has a real pickle on their hands. The project has risen to a potentially very dangerous level. Like, what if the virus escapes into the wild? Like COVID-19?

We, our government, partially funded this research. In the form of Fauchi and Collins. We, look in the mirror, caused this pandemic and the premature deaths of millions of fellow humans. At the time we may not of known what was being done, but make no mistake, we allowed this to happen under our watch. We did this. We will pay for this. In 2014, the USA put a moratorium on gain of function research in viruses.7 A symposium was held in 2014 and again in 2016, organized by the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine, the NIH (Fauchi and Collins), and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation (Bill and Melinda Gates, ie Microsoft) to help guide lawmakers in developing laws governing this type of research.8

Do you wonder why Fauchi and several congressmen, Senators Cotton and Paul to name the most heated, had their little tiffs during the questioning of Fauchi about his roll in COVID-19? It was because Fauchi has to deny everything to stay out of jail. He lied when he denied that research at WIV was gain-of-function. He lied and tampered with witnesses regarding the source of the COVID-19 virus. He has lied about the usefulness or not of lock-downs, masks and vaccines. In his visions of grandeur (consult the current DSM manual), he is science. And now Fauci exposes either his extreme ignorance of the laws and culture of the USA and/or his true beliefs in socialism and tyranny.9 Fauchi is a megalomaniac that needs to be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.

Attorneys General vs the USA

G.O.A.T.

Today many US parents of school-aged children (and many others) are appropriately concerned about the current Attorney General, Merrick B. Garlan, identifying them as domestic terrorists, especially at local School Board meetings. I wonder why? Seeing as how liberal based Attorneys General have been murdering, attacking and in general at opposition with US citizens for quite some time. This post is only a brief look back into recent history. And, we all know what Uncle Dave thinks about not knowing history.

Former Attorney General William Barr, a professed pro gun-confiscation activist, served as the 77th AG under George Bush the Elder and as the 85th AG under Donald Trump. Yes, Bush the Elder was a Republican, but not a conservative and Barr was a flaming liberal registered as a Republican.

As the 77th AG, he sanctioned the shooting of Randy Weaver in the back, the shooting Weaver’s wife, Vicki, to death while she was holding her infant son in their house, the shooting Weaver’s 14 year-old son to death and the shooting of Weaver’s dog by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Barr spent the rest of his term defending the FBI sniper that murdered Vicki Weaver from prosecution. “Courts subsequently largely exonerated Weaver, while excoriating the FBI and the Department of Justice.”1 Bill Barr has not been held accountable for any of these deeds.

Janet Reno was the 78th US Attorney General under President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 2001. She was the first woman AG and served the second longest term as AG.2 Janet Reno has a bunch of other firsts.

The World Trade Center was bombed by militant Islamist on 2/26/1993 in an attempt to collapse both towers and kill tens of thousands of Americans. It killed 6 people, injured over 1,000. This violent attack by foreign agents occurred in New York City, New York, USA under the noses of Janet Reno and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.3

The Branch Dividian compound in Waco Texas, between 2/28/1993 and 4/19/1993, underwent siege by the Federal Government, ending in the conflagration by federal agents of the compound and the murder of 80 US citizens. Janet Reno authorized the assault on the compound because of suspected gun violations by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. While the cause of the fire was and is disputed, the tear gas incendiary canisters that ignited the fire were the same as those used by the FBI, according to arson investigators.4 No one has been held accountable.

Many believe that the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building April 19, 1995 by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols was an act of retribution for the Waco and Ruby Ridge murders by the Federal Government. This bombing killed at least 168 (including children in a daycare facility for government employees), injured 680 and destroyed the building.5

This unexpected attack succeeded because Janet Reno failed in her duties to the USA. This attack was conceived, planned and executed by US citizens in the USA under the noses of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Ft. Davis, Texas hosted a 6 day kidnapping and stand off by the Republic of Texas cabal in 1977. Once it became known law enforcement swarmed to the site, including local police, county sheriffs personnel, the Texas Rangers a few Border Patrol Agents and, wait for it, the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The FBI, who have jurisdiction over kidnappings in the USA. That FBI. Captain Berry Carver of the Texas Rangers said, “Janet Reno told all the federal officers to get out because if things went bad again, it would be another black eye, and they couldn’t afford it,” he said. “Sometimes you have to think outside the box because it’s hard to get into the mind of a kook like that.”

The conflict was de-escalated by Carver and the kidnapping resolved by the Texas Rangers. So, because of fear that the FBI’s reputation couldn’t stand the public scrutiny of a bad outcome similar to the Waco affair of 4 years earlier, Janet Reno relinquished her federally mandated duties to the state institution, the Texas Rangers.6

——-In 2000, Elian Gonzales, a 7 year old Cuban child was motherless because of a boating accident while his mother was attempting to illegally immigrate to the US. Elian was found 4 miles off the coast of Florida, floating in an inner tube and in poor medical condition. He had a natural father, still in Cuba. Elian recovered and was released to his great Uncle in Little Havana, Florida. An International custody battle ensued involving relatives, the US government (in the forms of the Attorney General, district courts and several branches of federal Law enforcement) and Cuba; including relatives, Fidel Castro, Elian’s teachers and fellow students. Well, Elian went back to Cuba, having been forcibly taken from US citizen-relatives at gun point to become a marketing tool for Cuban Marxism and Fidel Castro. He became a member of the Young Communist Union of Cuba at age 14.

All in all, Janet Reno succeeded in returning a Cuban national who had succeeded in traveling under great peril to a free country that pledged to honor Cuban immigrants that succeeded in arriving on US soil to a communist regime in a communist country that was a militant enemy of the United States of America.7

Janet Reno was of paramount importance in militarizing law enforcement all across the United States of America. In this speech8, she made repeated references to chemical and biological weapons. Chemical weapons like incendiary tear gas? Biological weapons like coronavirus? She said, “Also under review is clarifying the definitions in the biological weapons statutes and expansion of these statutes to provide better controls over biological agents.” She also said, “A terrorist attack using a biological weapon may not be immediately apparent…,” but justified her actions bringing military technology to law enforcement.

She continued to justify her actions with public statements and explanations. On a Firehouse podcast, she said, “…the ability to respond to incidents involving chemical and biological agents and nuclear and explosive devices is a crucial component of the OJP’s [Office of Justice Program’s] domestic preparedness initiative.”9 How about that COVID-19 pandemic, how about the 2021 riots over de-funding the police?

A rather infamous career, in my opinion. And no accountability even though Janet Reno admitted the siege was a mistake and she felt responsible. Wonder how those Branch Dividians felt?

So what about the following Attorney General, Janet Napolitano? All she did was make a bold statement that all US veterans were potential terrorists!

In 2009, the Department of Homeland Security produced an intelligence assessment warning that right-wing extremists posed a mounting threat because of several factors that included the election of the nation’s first African-American president. The report, which said that some extremists could come from the ranks of “disgruntled, disillusioned” Army veterans.

So, “In April 2009, federal intelligence officials issued a prescient warning to police departments around the country.”

“Right-wing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat, ”experts in the Department of Homeland Security wrote. “These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists – including lone wolves or small terrorist cells – to carry out violence.”11

“Threats from white supremacist and violent anti-government groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts.”

Janet Napolitano listed the following for why she targeted Veterans and felt that they were ripe for right wing political parties.12

  1. …the consequences of a prolonged economic downturn…
  2. …including real estate foreclosures, unemployment, and an inability to obtain credit…
  3. …could create a fertile recruiting environment for rightwing [SIC]extremists…
  4. Rightwing [SIC] extremists have capitalized on the election of the first African American president…
  5. …growth in the number of domestic rightwing [SIC] terrorist and extremist groups…
  6. …in reaction to increased government scrutiny as a result of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing…
  7. …the possible passage of new restrictions on firearms and the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.
  8. …firearms restrictions and weapons bans likely would attract new members into the ranks of rightwing [SIC] extremist groups, as well as potentially spur…violence against the government.
  9. …returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to rightwing [SIC] extremists.
  10. DHS is concerned that rightwing [SIC] extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to boost their violent capabilities.
  11. Rightwing [SIC] extremists perception that illegal immigrants were taking away American jobs…frustration over a perceived lack of government action on illegal immigration has the potential to incite individuals or small groups toward violence…
