My take is that this is an example of a stellar citizen because he was trying to stay out of the already overcrowded Emergency Department.
He was doing meth and got a little carried away. A meth overdose will cause hyperthermia, among other things. He was just hot! He wanted to cool off. What better way to cool off than to ride around at 50+ mph naked on a 4 wheeler in Kansas City in February with an ambient temperature of 50’F? With wind chill, that’s got to be about 25-26 degrees (NOAA wind chill chart). That should cool him off.
