It seems from figures of 5/3/20, that the reported mortality rate is dropping. Kansas and Texas are down to barely 3% and Missouri is hanging at 4%.
And on 5/7/20 we’re being told (the reported case and reported mortality rates) that
Kansas is down to 2.5% and Texas is down to 2.7% while Missouri hangs at 4%, New York at 6.1% and overall the US at 6%.
Some estimate that 2.7 million NY residents have been infected with coronavirus based on the new PCR testing techniques too novel to be sanctioned by the CDC. The COVID-19 tracking project reported on 5/3/20 that 312,977 cases have occurred in NY. Which, if the estimates are correct, is an 88.4% margin of error. And if true, the reported mortality rate is 0.7%, instead of 6% as reported. Still in the 88.3% margin of error.
This cluster fuck has variably been called residence-in-place, shelter-in-place, stay at home, lock-down, quarantine, house arrest, Marshall law, closed down and other euphemisms.
But Judge Napolitano presents legal argument to support what I’ve said and implied here. “… the enactment of the 14th Amendment in 1868…” to protect “…the rights to thought, speech, press, assembly, worship, self-defense, privacy, travel, property ownership, interstate commercial activities and fair treatment from government are plainly articulated…” clearly makes all these euphemisms illegal!(1,2,3)
The hair salon owner in Dallas Texas was jailed for not observing social distancing by keeping her business open while the Dallas County District Attorney publicly stated that he would not prosecute thefts of less value than $750 and authorities considered the release of criminals from jail to lessen coronavirus threat. Once again, the honest are being persecuted to protect the criminals.(4)
France is finding positive PCR coronavirus tests in patients that tested negative for influenza months earlier than previously thought. The symptoms were close enough to trigger suspicion in the physicians diagnostic work up to warrant testing for the Flu, but the test was negation. Heard that before?(5,6,3)
