Coronalie-13, Thankfully We Have the CDC

Now we are hearing about heard immunity. Wow, what a revelation. This concept has been around medicine for, well a long time, 100 + years or so. Think measles/mumps/rubella, influenza, chickenpox and every other vaccine the CDC, your neighborhood pediatrician and your primary caregiver forces on you. Heard immunity has been around as a concept in social engineering since the 1930s. (For you millennial, social engineering is what we used before social media.)

Heard immunity occurs when a “heard” becomes infected with a disease. Some of the heard dies, some don’t. There you go.The ones that don’t die are considered to have developed immunity to the disease. The ones that didn’t develop immunity to the disease, died and are of no concern.

Of no concern!

You, the non-educated public, those not educated in medicine or disease patho-epidemiology too, are recipients of this CDC wonderful planning.

Thank you CDC.

Speaking of the CDC, consider the following.

Yesterday, the CDC published an article on their website entitled Venturing Out? Be Prepared and Stay Safe.1 About four months after the first case came to the USA. About six months after the recognition of the start of the pandemic. And about 4 months after the institution of stay-at-home/social distancing/quarantine/house arrest that was unnecessary in light of the advice in this article.

Our tax dollars at work, with dispatch.

The CDC also reports that there has been a 36% increase in the number of new cases diagnosed [actually, reported] in the last 3 days.

But there are some deficiencies in the reporting of this information from FoxNews, YahooNews, others as well as the CDC.

  1. It is well recognized that people have been avoiding medical care during the peak of this “pandemic”. Are they now to the point that they feel they have to seek medical care, or else? Or that it is safe to venture out into the corona-cesspool world?

2. In general, most of the states are reopening. Meaning the public feels that their government “experts” are reassuring them that it is safe(r) to go out and get that darned old COVID-19 test, now. You know seeing as how Autozone, the liquor stores, beauty parlors and Bed Bath and Beyond have been open awhile and all.

3. Which tests are being reported? Are tests being used to document the cases reported? We (especially this author) expect to see a huge rise in the number of positive tests in the face of new antibody PCR testing.

4. The CDC admits, deep in the article, that they expected a rise in positive testing when the “economy” is opened up. But never said, exactly why.

BTW, who thought up the idea of blaming this on the economy, yet everywhere it is reported that they (various levels of the government) are opening up the economy. Let's be honest, the government is not opening the economy, it is lessening the unlawful restrictions on it's citizens and the media (well some media) is lessening it's dependence on fear-factor to scare the shit out of us tactics.

From our uber coronavirus “expert”.

Four days ago, Dr Fauci (brief credentials are listed below) said this.

[The] coronavirus pandemic is far from over.”

But then 3 days later he said this,

“[Dr} Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who has been sidelined by the White House since April, after breaking with Donald Trump’s position on reopening the economy, told CNN on Friday increases in cases in several states were not necessarily indicative of a “second spike” of infections.”3

That 3 day 180 degree change in opinion is without explanation. By him or me.

From your uber grumpy Uncle Dave.
